This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from ChordMasala Labs for PitchMatrix.
1. Eligibility window
You may request a refund within a reasonable period after purchase, as required by the consumer laws of India. State your order reference and the reason for the request.
2. How to request a refund
Send your request to chordmasala@gmail.com from the email address used at checkout. We will confirm receipt and let you know the outcome.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method via Stripe. Bank clearing times are outside of our control.
4. Non-refundable items
- Purchases made outside the eligibility window described above.
- Purchases where the license has been shared, resold, or otherwise misused.
