This Privacy Policy explains how ChordMasala Labs ("we", "us") handles information in connection with PitchMatrix (the "Service").
1. Copy inputs you enter
The core composer runs entirely in your browser. Product name, audience, and pain-point inputs you type into the composer are processed locally on your device. They are not transmitted to a large language model API and are not stored in our application database.
2. Information we do process
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- License records: a minimal record confirming your purchase so we can validate access.
- Support correspondence: if you email chordmasala@gmail.com, we retain the message to respond to you.
- Basic server logs: standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to operate the Service (for example, remembering your license state). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage: page visits, feature usage counts (for example, "a framework was copied" or "checkout was started"), and standard campaign attribution parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) so we can tell where visitors found us. Analytics is configured with IP anonymization and no advertising personalization, and runs under Google Consent Mode — analytics identifiers are only stored if you accept analytics in the consent banner. The text you enter into the composer — product, audience, pain point, desired outcome, and generated copy — is never sent to analytics or any other third party.
4. Sharing
We share information only with the processors required to run the Service (payments, hosting) and where required by law in India.
